Shipping

A: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+07:00) are processed the same day; orders after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

A: After processing, estimated shipping times are:
  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • Vietnam: 3–5 business days
  • Other countries: 10–15 business days
Total delivery time (handling + transit):
  • United States: 8–13 business days
  • Vietnam: 4–8 business days
  • Other countries: 11–16 business days

A: Shipping is free for all orders delivered to the United States and Vietnam. For other international destinations, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.

Payments

A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns or refunds.

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier
