Tracking Your Order

Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact your order. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our support team, and we will assist you promptly.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sale@fucraft.com. Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fucraft is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but reported missing. Please check with neighbors, household members, or building managers first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund. For faster resolution, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new condition and returned via mail.
